Car Rental Policy

Luggage

  • All items that need to be stored in the vehicle’s trunk are considered luggage.
  • Hand-carried items may be kept with passengers inside the vehicle and are not counted as checked luggage.
  • Oversized items such as bicycles, folding cribs, folding wheelchairs, etc. are counted as two pieces of luggage.
  • Standard luggage size and weight: approximately 22.7 kg (50 lbs), with total dimensions not exceeding 157 cm (27 × 21 × 14 in).

Additional Charges

  • If you exceed the luggage allowance included in your selected package, an additional fee may apply according to the provider’s policy.

Changes & Cancellation 

  • Farah Travel allows cancellations or booking modifications under the following conditions:
    • 24–48 hours before departure: 100% refund.
    • Within 24 hours before departure: 50% refund.
    • Last-minute cancellation or no-show: No refund.
    • Refund processing time: Approximately 3–7 business days.
Flight Delay Waiting Time
  • A complimentary waiting period is usually provided, for example, up to 60 minutes after flight arrival.
  • After the free waiting period expires, a waiting surcharge may apply.
Airport Pick-up
  • The driver or tour representative will usually wait at the arrival hall (domestic or international terminal) holding a name sign, making it easy for you to identify and connect with them.
